Create a Hotel Room Block

Please review the following policies and procedures.

Thank you for attending ABA's 2026 Risk and Compliance Conference and for supporting ABA contracted hotels. The official conference dates are May 5-7, 2026.

Immediately after securing a room block, an email confirmation will be sent containing your Contact ID # that will you allow access to the group reservation management website. All rooms are considered to be "unassigned" until actual reservations are entered through the group reservation management website.

All group room reservations will require an advance deposit equal to one (1) night's room and tax due by Friday, May 6, 2025 3:00pm EST. The deposit is applied to each individual room account and will be charged on or after May 6, 2025 at 3pm EST. The 1-night deposit is refundable if the reservation is cancelled 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date.

Groups using this website to secure hotel accommodations authorize the release of their reservation details and contact information to the official ABA hotel of their choice. Reservation details will be shared with your chosen property prior to your arrival.
