IMPORTANT INFORMATION:All Group room blocks requested via the ASTRO Housing Center are subject to the terms of the ASTRO Group Room Block Policies and Procedures. Upon approval of a Group room block, the Group's designated contact will be sent an email confirmation of the room block created. Full prepayment of the total number of room nights in the Group's room block is required. Upon receipt of a signed Group Room Block Agreement and submitting of individual names in the Manage a Block site, Group will be able to download an invoice for the required prepayment. Payment of invoices is required by Friday, August 21, 2026. If this full prepayment is not received by this date, Group's room block will be released. Payments for a Group Room Block are non-refundable.
