Welcome to Pacifichem 2025 Housing Website.
If you need to make a new hotel reservation, shorten, lengthen your hotel stay or cancel your hotel reservation, please contact your hotel directly. Lengthening of stays is subject to hotel availability.
A deposit equal to one (1) night’s room and tax will be charged by the hotel on or around Friday 28 November 2025. The remaining balance will be due at the time of check-in.
ADA Request: All official Pacifichem 2025 hotels comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act. If you require special assistance, please contact the Pacifichem 2025 Housing Bureau at pacifichemhousing@spargoinc.com.
Waitlist Request: If your requested dates and/or hotel are not available, please make a valid hotel reservation at an alternative hotel and/or for the dates that are available. You will then be able to put yourself on the waitlist for your required dates/hotel and a member of the Pacifichem 2025 Housing Bureau will follow up with you if your request becomes available.
Official Housing Bureau: SPARGO, Inc. is the only official housing provider for Pacifichem 2025. Individuals unaffiliated with Pacifichem or SPARGO, Inc. may entice prospective attendees into securing hotel rooms through illegal, third-party websites. Sometimes these rooms are non-existent. Please be on the lookout for these suspicious emails and fraudulent websites. If you are contacted by any company other than Pacifichem, Inc. the Pacifichem planning team or SPARGO, Inc. offering hotel rooms or if you have any questions, please contact the Pacifichem 2025 Housing Bureau at pacifichemhousing@spargoinc.com.
