SPARGO, Inc. is the only official housing provider for the 68th ASH Annual Meeting and Exposition. Do not be misled by companies that solicit groups and misrepresent themselves as ASH's official housing provider. Before booking your room block, always look for the Official Contractor logo below. If you are contacted by one of these "pirate" companies, please notify the ASH Housing Center. If a group chooses not to utilize the ASH Housing Center ("SPARGO, Inc.") to secure its hotel rooms, each individual is subject to an additional penalty of $300 when registering for the meeting.
Group room blocks are exclusively for individuals attending or supporting the ASH Annual Meeting and Exposition and must be booked over the peak nights of December 11, 12 and 13. Some hotels may require a longer minimum stay. Ancillary meeting organizers who want to reserve rooms for one to two nights should not use the group housing site. Please contact the ASH Housing Center at ashhousing@spargoinc.com for assistance. Ancillary housing requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If inventory is available, the ASH Housing Center will be happy to assist.
All group room blocks are offered on a fully prepaid 100% non-refundable basis and must be prepaid in full within ten (10) business days of reserving your room block. Any rooms not paid in full by the payment deadline will be released and resold without notification. If you have already reserved a room block, you may download a payment authorization form to initiate your room block payment.
Groups that have already reserved a room block and would like to add rooms (based on availability) or decrease their room block should email the ASH Housing Center for assistance. Email ASH Housing Center
