SPARGO, Inc. is the only official housing provider for the 68th ASH Annual Meeting and Exposition. Do not be misled by companies that solicit groups and misrepresent themselves as ASH's official housing provider. Before you book your room block, always look for the Official Contractor logo. If you are contacted by one of these "pirate" companies, please notify the ASH Housing Center. Exhibitors that choose not to utilize the ASH Housing Center ("SPARGO, Inc.") to secure their hotel rooms are subject to the deduction of priority points.
Exhibitors that book through the ASH Housing Center will have access to complimentary shuttle service to all participating hotels that are not within walking distance to the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. Please view the hotel map for hotel locations.
