Create a Hotel Room Block

Please review the following policies and procedures.

Exhibitor Housing

SPARGO, Inc. is the only official housing provider for the 2023 ACOG Annual Clinical and Scientific Meeting. Do not be misled by companies that solicit groups and misrepresent themselves as ACOG's official housing provider. Before you book your room block, always look for the Official Housing Supplier logo. If you are contacted by one of these "pirate" companies, please notify the ACOG Housing Center.

Any organization that obtains housing outside of the ACOG Housing Center will be penalized with a surcharge of 10% of their total cost of booth space and forfeiture of the current year’s priority points.

Reserve a Room Block

An exhibitor room block is defined as three (3) or more rooms per hotel and requires a designated representative to manage their organization's hotel reservations as a group. Please review the exhibitor housing policy for cancellation/payment policies and procedures then click on the button below to proceed to the next page.

Don't Need a Room Block?

Exhibitors that require less than three (3) rooms may book their rooms individually instead of reserving a room block.

Already Reserved a Room Block?

Log into the reservation management portal to manage your hotel reservations using your Contact ID and email address. Note: If additional rooms are needed, please email us at acoghousing@spargoinc.com for assistance. Please do not reserve a second block of rooms as a means of adding rooms to your block.
