IMPORTANT HOUSING INFORMATION
Please note, only the night of August 29th is guaranteed. To reserve specific nights outside of this date, you must input the reservation details for each individual staying within the room block using the room block management website.
Please note the following important housing deadlines that are different for each hotel.
July 3, 2020:
Reservation information must be entered via the online housing management website by 12:00 p.m. Eastern time on Friday, July 3rd, 2020. Names, arrival date, departure date, room type and one (1) night room & tax deposit information are needed to confirm each reservation.
August 18, 2020:
Last day to make changes to existing reservations in the room block via the NGAUS Housing Center. Changes must be made by 12:00 p.m. Eastern time on August 18, 2020. Beginning Wednesday, August 19, 2020, you must contact your assigned hotel(s) to make any changes to reservations in your room block.
You may cancel or make changes to your reservation online or in writing until Tuesday, August 18 at 12:00 p.m. ET. Written requests should be sent to the Housing Center at email@example.com.
Cancellations will be acknowledged with an email confirmation within five (5) business days. To change or cancel a reservation online, you will need your confirmation number and the email address you used to make your reservation. Online cancellation requests are acknowledged with an immediate email confirmation.
Starting Wednesday, August 19, if you need to change or cancel your reservation, you must call the hotel directly. Cancellations must be made at three (3) business days prior to your scheduled arrival date, or you will forfeit the one (1) night room and tax deposit. Please retain the cancellation confirmation from the Housing Center or the cancellation number provided to you by the hotel. This proof of cancellation will be required to resolve any credit card disputes. Cancelling your hotel reservation does not automatically cancel your meeting registration.
