Welcome to the 2021 AACC Annual Scientific Meeting & Clinical Lab Expo Housing website. Take advantage of special savings on hotel rooms by creating your block no later than August 26, 2021. When you book within the AACC housing block you will earn priority points for future booth and hotel reservation placements.

*Alert* Possible Housing Scam

Please do not make any reservations through any unknown housing or travel company. The only official hotel reservation or housing service company for AACC is SPARGO, Inc., located 11208 Waples Mill Rd., Suite 112, Fairfax, Virginia 22030. Hotel reservations for the 2021 AACC Annual Scientific Meeting & Clinical Lab Expo can be made online via the official AACC Website.

Several non-official housing companies have been contacting AACC exhibitors and attendees claiming they can secure hotel rooms at designated AACC hotels in Anaheim during the annual meeting. These companies are not authorized to represent AACC nor do they have access to officially contract AACC hotel room blocks or rates in Anaheim. If you receive a call, please be aware that there have been reports from groups and individuals after paying these companies, no room was reserved, and they lost their money.

AACC Exhibitor Room Block Policies

Rooms will only be confirmed for the peak nights of September 20 and 21, 2021.
In order to serve all exhibitors and AACC attendees, AACC reserves the right to limit the number of rooms allocated (in a specific hotel) to an exhibitor, if necessary. AACC will make every attempt to accommodate your request.
Exhibitors will be allowed to reserve room blocks equal to their final peak night pick-up in 2019.
