IMPORTANT HOUSING INFORMATION
Please note that only the night of November 12 and 13 are secured. To reserve specific nights outside of these dates, you must provide reservation details, including but not limited to name and arrival/departure dates, for each individual staying within the room block.
HOUSING DEADLINES: Please make note the following important housing deadlines.

Reservation information, including but not limited to names, arrival/departure dates and a credit card to guarantee the reservation(s), must be entered via the online housing management website by 5:00 p.m. Eastern time on Friday, September 27, 2019.
All reservation changes must be made online or submitted in writing to email@example.com via the Housing Center by 12:00pm ET Friday, November 1, 2019. After 12:00pm ET, November 1, 2019 you must contact the hotel directly.
All cancellations must be received three days (72 hours) prior to your scheduled check-in date.
If you do not cancel your reservation, you will be assessed a fee equal to one night's room and tax. Cancelling your hotel reservation does not automatically cancel your meeting registration. To cancel your meeting registration, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note: If you do not arrive on your confirmed arrival date, your room will not be held for the remainder of your stay; and you will be assessed a fee equal to one night's room and tax.
Please be sure to verify your arrival date. Government ID is required at check-in for Government-rated rooms. Government rates are based on the prevailing Government per diem rate and are subject to change.
