Exhibitor room blocks secured through the ASCO Annual Meeting Customer Service Center for the 2026 Annual Meeting must be reserved and fully pre-paid by Wednesday, April 8, 2026, or room blocks will be released and resold. Once the room block is pre-paid, cancellations, shortening of stays and no-shows are non-refundable.
Exhibiting companies who do not utilize the designated ASCO Annual Meeting Customer Service Center to secure hotel rooms will be subject to a 10% surcharge on the exhibit space rental rate and will be billed accordingly.
Exhibitors will not be allowed more rooms than the total rooms "actually used" at the 2025 Annual Meeting. ASCO reserves the right to limit the number of rooms allocated to an exhibitor, if necessary.
