Create a Hotel Room Block

Welcome to the OTC 2026 Conference Exhibitor Room Reservation Site

You can reserve a block of 5 to 50 rooms for peak nights on May 5th and May 6th. If you need fewer than 5 rooms, please use the Exhibitor Individual Housing Website.

To start, choose your hotel and the number of rooms you need. Booking a block ensures your company will have the rooms you require. You can also request extra nights once you provide attendee names. Instructions for managing your block will be sent in your confirmation email.

Key Dates:

• March 10, 2026: Assign names to all rooms and enter check-in and check-out dates. A valid credit card is needed for each reservation. Any unused rooms will be released after this date.
• April 9, 2026: You can update reservation details until this date.
