Create a Hotel Room Block

Please review the following policies and procedures.

Thank you for exhibiting at CDCA's 2026 Eastern Defense Summit and for supporting CDCA contracted hotels. The official conference dates are December 9-10, 2026.

Immediately after securing a room block, an email confirmation will be sent containing your Contact ID# that will allow access to the exhibitor reservation management website. All rooms are considered to be "unassigned" until actual reservations are entered through the exhibitor management website.

All exhibitor room reservations will require an advance deposit equal to one (1) night's room and tax due by Tuesday, November 3, 2026 at 3:00pm EST. The deposit is applied to each individual room account and will be charged on or after November 3, 2026. The 1-night deposit is refundable if the reservation is cancelled 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

Exhibitors using this website to secure hotel accommodations authorize the release of their reservation details and contact information to the official CDCA hotel of their choice. Reservation details will be shared with your chosen property prior to your arrival.
