IMPORTANT HOUSING INFORMATION

Please note that only the nights of October 26, 27, and 28 are guaranteed. To reserve specific nights outside of these dates, please email requests to TechNet Indo-Pacific Housing Bureau with the dates and number of rooms need for your company's block.

August 18, 2026

Reservation information, including but not limited to names, arrival/departure dates and a credit card for the one (1) night non-refundable prepaid deposit per reservation(s), must be entered via the online housing management website by 5:00 p.m. ET on Tuesday, August 18, 2026. Any rooms in your block that do not have this information provided by this deadline will be released to general inventory.

September 22, 2026

All reservations require a one (1) night non-refundable prepaid deposit. This deposit will be charged using the credit card provided at the time of reserving your guestroom through the online housing management website. The hotel will process this deposit on or after Tuesday, September 22, 2026. If you require a receipt for these deposits prior to arrival, please contact the hotel directly to obtain a copy of the receipt.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All reservation changes must be made online or submitted in writing to TechNet Indo-Pacific Housing Bureau by 5:00 p.m. ET, Tuesday, September 22, 2026. To allow for the transfer of reservations to the hotel, no changes or cancellations will be accepted after 5 PM ET Tuesday, September 22nd. Individuals can begin to contact the hotel directly beginning Monday, September 28th, to make any changes to reservations within the block. Please note any cancellations received after Tuesday, September 22, 2026 will forfeit the one (1) night deposit.

Cancelling your hotel reservation does not automatically cancel your meeting registration. To cancel your meeting registration, please contact TechNet Indo-Pacific Registration.

Please note: If you do not arrive on your confirmed arrival date, your room will not be held for the remainder of your stay; and the one-night non-refundable prepaid deposit will be kept by the hotel.

Government ID is required at check-in for Government-rated rooms. Government rates are based on the prevailing Government per diem rate and are subject to change.
