Please note that only the nights of June 1 and 2 are secured. To reserve specific nights outside of these dates, you must provide reservation details, including but not limited to name and arrival/departure dates, for each individual staying within the room block. Reservation information, including but not limited to names, arrival/departure dates and a credit card to guarantee the reservation(s), must be entered via the online housing management website by 5:00 p.m. ET on Friday, April 17, 2026. Any unassigned rooms will be released on this date.Cancellation Policy
All reservation changes must be made online or submitted in writing to tncyberhousing@spargoinc.com via the Housing Center by 5:00 p.m. ET, Friday, May 8, 2026. Beginning Tuesday, May 12, you must contact the hotel directly. All cancellations must be received three days (72 hours) prior to your scheduled check-in date.
If you do not cancel your reservation, you will be assessed a fee equal to one night's room and tax. Cancelling your hotel reservation does not automatically cancel your meeting registration. To cancel your meeting registration, please contact tncyberregistration@spargoinc.com.Please note: If you do not arrive on your confirmed arrival date, your room will not be held for the remainder of your stay; and you will be assessed a fee equal to one night's room and tax. Please be sure to verify your arrival date. Government ID is required at check-in for Government-rated rooms. Government rates are based on the prevailing Government per diem rate and are subject to change.
