Create a Hotel Room Block

IMPORTANT HOUSING INFORMATION,

Companies are limited to 5 rooms at the Marriott on a first come first serve basis. Once the Marriott is sold out, we will start a waitlist for that property. The Marriott is implementing a minimum night stay requirement. Please take note of this. If the reservation is under the minimum requirement, you will be contacted by SPARGO, Inc.

Please note that only the nights of August 17, 18 and 19 are secured. To reserve specific nights outside of these dates, you must provide reservation details, including but not limited to name and arrival/departure dates, for each individual staying within the room block.

HOUSING DEADLINES:

Please make note the following important housing deadlines.

June 19, 2026

Reservation information, including but not limited to names, arrival/departure dates and a credit card to guarantee the reservation(s), must be entered via the online housing management website by 5:00 p.m. ET on Friday, June 19, 2026. Any rooms left unassigned will be released at this time.

If you do not cancel your reservation, you will be assessed a fee equal to one night's room and tax. Cancelling your hotel reservation does not automatically cancel your meeting registration. To cancel your meeting registration, please contact tnaugusta@spargoinc.com.

Please be sure to verify your arrival date. If you do not arrive on your confirmed arrival date, your room will not be held for the remainder of your stay, and you will be assessed a fee equal to one night's room and tax.
