Welcome to APHA's 2026 Housing reservation system operated by Spargo, Inc., the official housing vendor for the APHA Annual Meeting and Expo. We are excited that you will be joining APHA in San Antonio, TX!

Each year our goal is to center official APHA hotels within one mile of the meeting venue. This helps reduce the carbon footprint of the Annual Meeting while promoting walking to improve health. Transportation will be provided for the official APHA hotels that are outside of that radius. Transportation will be available for all attendees with mobility constraints staying at official APHA hotels.

If your scheduled arrival/departure date is outside of the available dates, please contact APHA's 2026 Annual Meeting and Expo Housing Center at APHAhousing@spargoinc.com for assistance in securing your reservation.
