Housing for the 2026 APTA Leadership Congress scheduled for July 10-14, 2026, is now closed. If you have not yet booked a room, you’re welcome to contact the Hyatt Regency Portland Convention Center directly to inquire about availability.

All cancellations must be received by 11:59pm, EST on June 15, 2026. Any reservations not cancelled by this time will result in a forfeiture of one night's deposit charged to the credit card listed on the reservation.

Between June 16th - June 23rd, 2026, no changes or cancellations can be made while the reservations are transferred to the hotel. Beginning June 23rd, 2026, you must call the Hotel directly about a change or cancellation.
