Housing for APTA Combined Sections Meeting (CSM) 2026 scheduled for February 12-14, 2026, is now closed. If you have not yet booked a room, please email SPARGO, Inc. at aptahousing@spargoinc.com for a list of hotels in the area. 

If you have already booked a room through APTA/SPARGO, Inc, changes and cancellations cannot be made between Saturday, January 17 - Wednesday, January 21, 2026, due to the transition of the room block from APTA to the hotels. Beginning Thursday, January 22, 2026, you must call your hotel directly about a change or cancellation. All cancellations made after 5pm on January 16, 2026, will result in a forfeiture of one night's deposit charged to the credit card listed on the reservation.
